How do I ‘Jump on a Booking’ in my area?
It saves our batteries and saves you the mental gymnastics of working out a time to refill...
When Charlie the refill van has been booked by a fellow FAIR-WELL shopper on your street, we will give you a heads up that we're soon to be in your neighbourhood.
At 5pm the day prior, you'll receive an email* entitled ‘Do you need refills from the van?’ or something similar. Open it up and you will find the date and time that we'll be near your street. In this very moment, you will want to run to your cupboards and grab any dwindling stocks in preparation for our visit but you must stop yourself and first:
Reply to this email** with your name, address, phone number and a shopping list of the products you need. Let us know if you won’t be in and want to leave a bag outside.
Then you can get your containers ready.
We will send you a text 10-15 minutes before we arrive, and let you know where we will be parked.
