Strangely delicious, the awesome raw chocolate nuts in this mix make it feel like a treat but it’s also cunningly super healthy – and addictive. You can mix up the chocolate nuts and use your favourites, or just one kind, but the cashews add a creaminess that really hits the spot.
Just so you know, the flax and chia seeds at the bottom of the ingredient list – both of which are great add-ins – will
inevitably sink to the bottom of the jar. Either make sure you give it a really good shake before each serving or leave them out of the mix and sprinkle on top of each servin
