Sun dried tomatoes are a delicious snack on their own or serve with olives, feta and pickled vegetables as antipasti. They look wonderful on a cheese board and go well with soft chèvre or tangy aged cheddar. Chop them and toss with salad green or mix through a creamy potato salad.
Finely chopped dried tomatoes add a lovely tangy boost to dressings and are wonderful in dips such as pesto, olive tapenade or pumpkin houmous. Add some sun dried tomatoes to a loaf of herb bread or savoury muffins.
