ingredients

99.7% Organic Thompson Raisins, 0.3% Organic Sunflower Oil (Added as a processing agent and to prevent aglomeration.)

directions

Succulent raisins are delicious in muesli and porridge, on acai bowls, or with natural yoghurt. Combine them with other dried fruits, seeds and nuts in moreish trail mixes. In savoury recipes, sweet raisins can be used in pickles, chutney and stuffing; and go well with rice, couscous or quinoa, curries and hotpots.

Used in many sweet and savoury raw food recipes, raisins are great with nut butter or tahini in wraps, tossed through salads, or in slices and muesli bars. Add yummy, natural sweetness to home-baked bread, cinnamon buns, muffins, biscuits, cakes and puddings.

If raisins are an addition to a baking recipe, pre-soak in a little warm water or juice to prevent them from absorbing moisture from your dough or cake mix.
