We don't provide any packaging, so you must bring your own container. If you know the exact weight you need, please select "by weight (g)" and enter the number of grams. Alternatively, you can choose to bring your container and simply "fill it up" or fill it "half full" etc. Since all containers vary in size, if you choose one of these options we'll weigh and price your order when you collect it. Your selection helps us estimate how much to bring with us.
This handy little bar is kinder to the planet, gentler on your scalp, and leaves your hair super-duper soft and marvellously manageable.
Friendly Soaps use a special blend of cocoa butter and castor oil to give you fabulous and frizz-free results with every wash.
The boffins call it cationic, but all you really need to know is that its positively charged particles help this bar leave your hair softer to touch, simpler to manage and even more sensational to look at. At the same time, we’ve used essential oils of Lavender and Rose Geranium to add calming and anti-bacterial to its long list of benefits.
It even comes in a natty little card box, not a nasty plastic bottle.
8 × 3 × 5.5 cm – 95g
Theobroma cacao (cocoa) seed butter, Ricinus communis (castor) seed oil, Behentrimonium methosulfate, Cetyl alcohol, Butylene glycol, Lavandula angustifolia (lavender) oil contains linalool, Pelargonium graveolens (rose geranium) leaf oil contains citronellol, geraniol, linalool.
One of the ingredients in the Conditioner Bars is Cetyl Alcohol which is 100% naturally derived, petrochemical free, vegan friendly, renewable and skin safe but is, unfortunetly, RSPO palm oil derived. We’re looking for an alternative as quickly as possible, so hopefully the Conditioner Bars will soon be 100% palm oil free.
Friendly Soaps conditioner bars are easy to use as a solid. Simply use your hands and warm water to create a creamy paste and tease through hair with your fingers. However, if you prefer a liquid conditioner, no problem. Here’s how… Mix your Friendly conditioner bar with 600ml of boiling water until dissolved. Allow the conditioner mixture to cool down to a safe temperature. Pour the conditioner mixture into a sterile recycled bottle of your choice. To keep the liquid conditioner fresh use up within 7-10 days. If smaller amounts are preferred then simply divide the bar and water amounts accordingly.

about the brand
At friendly soap, animal welfare, the environment and workers rights are put before profit. Pouring, cutting, stamping and packing soaps are by hand in the UK, so we’re talking lots of calories but a small carbon footprint.
